Muesli Slice for kids

Raspberry jelly

You will need ,,,

  • 125g butter

  • 1/3 Cup (75g) firmly packed brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoon honey

  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats

  • ½ cup (45g) desiccated coconut

  • ½ cup (80g) finely chopped dried apricot

  • ½ cup (75g) finely chopped dried apples

  • ½ cup (80g) sultanas

  • ½ cup (75g) self-raising flour

How to make Muesli Slice:

  1. Preheat oven to moderate (180°C/160°C fan-forced). Grease and line a 20cm x30cm slice pan.

  2. Combine butter, sugar and honey in large saucepan; stir over medium heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. Press mixture into pan. Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan; cut into squares to serve.
